Refund policy

At WearOrigin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Final sale items, gift cards, and clearance products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
